How to Play
Numer is a race to turn numbers into the target. Four blue number cards sit face up on the board, next to one red target card.
Objective
Be first to combine the blue numbers into the red target — then collect the most cards by the end of the game.
Combining the numbers
Use math operations to turn the blue numbers into the red target. You must use at least two of the blue numbers, and each number can only be used once. Every step along the way — not just the final result — has to land on a positive whole number.
Stuck? Add a card
If nobody can find a solution, ask to add another blue card to the board. You can do this as many times as needed, until someone cracks it.
Claiming cards & scoring
The moment you've got it, call it out. If your solution is correct, you claim every blue card you used and score 1 point per card.
After a claim
The red target card flips over to become a blue card and joins the board. New blue cards are drawn to bring the row back up to four, and a new red target is drawn to replace it. Play continues from there.
False claims cost you
If you call it before you can back it up, that's a penalty: you return one of your cards to the deck and lose a point. If you haven't won any cards yet, the penalty carries over — the next time you do win cards, you get one fewer card and one fewer point than you earned.
Ending the game
The game ends when the deck runs out of cards and everyone agrees there's no solution left on the board.
Winning
Whoever has collected the most cards — the most points — wins.
Advanced: Reverse mode
Same rules, flipped: the board shows four red numbers as your operands and a single blue target to reach. Every card is just showing its other face.
Playing solo
Same puzzle, no race — it's just you against the board, building your score as you go.
